I feel that it does not matter.  The left hand is responsible for letters z x c and v, where the right hand has n m , . and ?.  Giving the b to the left hand does make sense I suppose.   I don't lose much time because the b is directly in the center of the pointer fingers when over home position.  I can't quite wrap my brain around this and have no idea where I went wrong.
