Apple Oatmeal Crisp

4 cups peeled & thinly sliced tart apples (1 1/2 qt)
1 TB fresh lemon juice
3 TB sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick butter, melted & cooled

In buttered 9" baking dish, combine apples, lemon juice, & sugar.
In bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon & salt. Add butter & combine mixture.
Sprinkle over mixture. Bake.
