Betty's Summer Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream (Breakstones)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz) Creme LaCreme, thawed

Instructions:

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually beat in sugar.
  3. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Fold in Creme LaCreme or whipped cream.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Spoon into a graham cracker crust.
