Eggnog Salad

1 TB plain gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 can crushed pineapple (1# 4½ oz.)
1 1/2 cup water
1 package lemon gelatin
2 1/2 cups eggnog
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sliced maraschino cherries
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds

Soften plain gelatin in cold water.
Heat pineapple juice and water to boiling.
Add plain and lemon gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool.
Blend eggnog and sour cream and mix with gelatin.
Chill until partially thickened.
Fold in pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, and almonds.
Turn into mold and chill.
