Festive Gelatin Salad

  1. Soften plain gelatin in cold water.
  2. Heat pineapple juice and water to boiling.
  3. Add plain and lemon gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool.
  4. Blend eggnog and sour cream and mix with gelatin.
  5. Chill until partially thickened.
  6. Fold in pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, and almonds.
  7. Turn into mold and chill.
